Dr. Mitchell is a certified Geriatrician, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Functional Medicine Specialist, Medical Acupuncturist and Internist. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Science. She completed her fellowship in Geriatric Medicine and served as Clinical Instructor at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Mitchell is Clinical Associate Professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine.

Dr. Mitchell has been in private practice in Buffalo for 30 years and continues daily to research and expand her understanding of the complexity and interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. Dr. Mitchell has a strong passion to help clients achieve optimal wellness through education, healthy lifestyle changes, nutritional supplementation, stress management, and spiritual awareness.
